This study aims to determine the effect of innovation on business success. This type of research is quantitative, the study population is all weavers in Tarutung District, the number of population in this study is not known exactly, so the research sample collection technique is applied from applying the cluster technique. random sampling namely, Ulos weaving craftsmen MSMEs located in 5 Districts in Tarutung, with each District being 20 UKM so that the total number is 100 UKM as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis).
The results of the study show that innovation has a positive and significant effect on business success in MSME ulos weaving craftsmen in Tarutung sub- district.
