After that, the forecasting results are analyzed using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ) techniques to find out optimal ordering of raw materials at minimum costs. On the results of Material Requirement Planning calculations, the best results were obtained, namely the Period Order Quantity technique with a total cost of Rp. 2,543,898,000 compared to the Lot For Lot technique with a total cost of Rp. 2,548,488,000, while the biggest cost is using the Economic Order Quantity technique with a total cost of Rp. 3,059,174,393, because the MRP method, the Period Order Quantity technique produces the best costs, it can be used for planning and controlling raw material supplies at UMKM Eka Jaya Opak.
